Jason is our 1.0 co-founder and vegan head chef at the Kind Kitchen. He was drawn to a vegan lifestyle through the yogic teachings and animal rights advocacy expressed by the Jivamukti Yoga method founded by Sharon Gannon and David Life.
In 2013, he studied at the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas and has gone on to create recipes for global brands like LiveKindly and privately chef for Die Antwoord and Ed Sheraan. Actually Ninja and Yolandi gave Jay his first private chef'n gig when he was just a wee baby.
All this aside! Jay's greatest creation and reason for being vegan, other than his love for animals, the planet and his health of course, is his son and greatest food critic Flynn.
